LEAD TIME - It will take between 3 to 5 days to deliver your items after placing your order. Our delivery staff will call you on the day of delivery to confirm delivery time and place. For this reason we will request your contact number during check out.
- CONTACT US - You may contact us at anytime (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-1pm) at 1800 888 964 or 016 6265840 to find out exactly when your order will be delivered and to provide (or change) any delivery instructions.
- IN COMPLETE ORDERS - An order will only be processed after payment is made. Incomplete orders will not be processed.

DELIVERY METHOD - We will arrange delivery to you using our own delivery network which may include third-parties (if necessary). However, we take full responsibility for the cold chain right up to when we deliver the items to you. Upon delivery , please check that the items you ordered are correct and are in good condition before accepting.
- INVOICING - You will be provided with a invoice upon delivery of the items. Please sign our copy of the invoice including your name, IC number, date and time of receiving the items to confirm receipt of the items.

ON DEMAND DELIVERY - If you need urgent delivery for any reason, we can process the order immediately (as long as we have the items in stock) but the delivery costs (to the transport provider e.g. Grab) will be borne by you. Please call us at 1800 888 964 or 016 6265840 after placing your order to inform us of the pick up arrangements.

STORAGE AFTER DELIVERY - All items will be delivered in cardboard cartons. We strongly recommend that you have a suitable place to store the items once received like a fridge or a cooler box/bag with ice. Please note that yoghurt must be kept chilled at 4oC.
